🚫 Return Policy
We currently do not accept any returns once an order has been delivered. Please ensure you review your order details and product selection carefully before confirming your purchase.
💸 Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only under the following circumstances:
✅ Product Unavailability: If an item you ordered is out of stock or unavailable after your payment has been processed.
📦 Damaged Product on Delivery: If the item is delivered in a damaged condition. In such cases, we may request a clear image of the damaged product as proof.
🚚 Lost in Transit: If your order is lost in transit and is not delivered to you.
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
❌ Order Cancellation
She Maa Store reserves the right to cancel any order, in full or in part, at our discretion.
We may also request additional information before processing your order.
If your order (or part of it) is cancelled after your payment has been processed, the corresponding amount will be refunded to you within 5–7 working days.
